i hate western med!!! yucky. juz tinking of those pills n wadeva mixtures make mi wanna puke liao, muz less consuming them. cannot stand it! esp those pills that are like so huge that dun want to go down, n those mixtures that leave a weird taste in ur mouth/throat that no amt of candies could get rid of.

since young, i'd disliked western medicine. last time (b4 de chinese med came out), de torture of being sick was not being sick. it was hafing to take those yucky meds. i tink because of fussy kids like mi, they added diff colour to it, and even fruitty flavours! haha. i rmbed tt i particular like a sorta of watermelon mixture n a colourless one with a fizzy taste, like soft drink. haha.

when the time for med come, i run. mama will come after mi with a cane. n a packet of sweets. haha. often, the meds will ended up on the table/floor. yesh, i spat them out. haha. n then the spanking n scoldings will continue. isn't it a touture?

save the best for the last, the colourless one will always be the last. "after u finish all these, u can haf this (shakes the colourless one)". this is how innocent we were. haha.

then came skool days, MC became a common volcabulary. but not for mi. 100% attendance. haha. so when the chance came to skip skool, obviously, i'd grab it. it happened in pri2, haha. i was down with chickie pox. and during the final yr exam, of all times. haha. i was given a choice to sit for the exam ( in a special room) or miss it totally. haha.

if u were mi, wad will be ur choice? haha...

i choose the latter. den yay! i got MC!! haha. but i got 0 for my exams. haha. n i was so proud of it man...

because of my fear for western med, i was introduced to chinese med. haha. something which most s'porean kids loathe. since then, i had been taking chinese med. one bottle is all u need. dun need to see all the diff packages of pills n mixtures. haha. juz one gulp n a sweet n it's over! haha.

kee...yaya..i'm still in de stage where meds n sweets go together. haha..not happie ah? haha...

so yah, i will live happily ever after le hor? but no! only western doctors r allowed to give MC. so nvm lah, i oso seldom skip skool de..haha..then there is this news that a few yrs later, chinese doctors oso can give MC! yay!!

haha...however, tp dun accept mc from chinese practioners. WHY? i understand y they dun accept parents letter lah, but y not MC from chi docs? bleahx.

so i went to see de western doc yest. n m suffering with de meds now. bleahx. everytime i swallow, the taste of the med still lingers inside..haha..cannot stand it!!!

anyone with ne good ideas to get rid of it? haha. i wonder how life will be next time if i ever got pregnant. bleahx...juz tinking of de jabs n medication n CHOY ah...lalala...dun tink so much betta...haha...
