today, mi xia n bian tai went to tp library to do research for proj. yea. haha. and we had an adventure there!

it began by searching de whole level for a toilet! hahaha. is the lib too big, or are we too stupid? ahaha. anyway, before that mi n xia went up n down to look for tourism books. and cannot find de floor. so is de lib too high or are we too stupid? hahaha...

of cuz is de former lah!

so we found the toilet and some (nono, i mean a lot) of tourism books, and then sat down to search for de related info. after that ah, we wanted to photocopy some, so that we do not have to borrow all.

i inserted my cashcard into the slot and guess what it said?

card is mute! wow, so fascinating!! i never though that cashcard could speak. and mine was mute!!! how interesting.

so we nvm, go down to buy the lib printing card. $5.30 per card, and payment in coins only! haha. luckily xia got a lot of coins so that was not much of a prob. and then we went all the way up again (6 floor). and started to photocopy.

the paper turn out black!! is the machine weird or we stupid? haha...not the latter lah. so we try again and agin, and finally got something that is rather decent. haha.

juz as we are going to flip the page, it blackout!! nono, not the lib, but the photocopier. haha. and our card was stucked inside. so is the machine fault or we stupid? haha...de former lah..

juz then, we panicked, it was late, and the lib was almost empty. we almost freaked out when we pressed the lift and there was no signal. ahhaha. until i calmed down and said that 6th floor got no lift. phew.
dunno why the lift doesn't go to every floor. haha.

so we climbed up and took the lift down, then asked for assistance at the counter. and the lady came up with us. she poke n poke n poke and concluded that there was nothing wrong. we will have to wait till next morning to get the card when the technician came.

our hearts sank. the card was brand new!!and we haf wasted our time researching for nothing.

then a miracle happened! "aiyoh, y u all close the switch?"

ah-ha. bian tai was too excited to print and had accidentally pressed the switch. *abish* so is she stupid or dumb? hahaha...both lah! hahaha.

and we proceeded with the printing. and there was a few books that we wanted to borrow, so we went down (again). and at the machine is said "place your library card on the thing with the barcode facing up"

qns: we were given a lib card?

haha. so we juz act smart and put our matric card. it works!!

"please enter your PIN number"

qns: we got pin no?

haha. so we act smart again, and type the code on the card. haha. it failed!! =( and we were lost again!!i rmb seeing something on the computers on lvl 2, so i went there n check. there! i found it. haha. is we have to log in to the online system and change the PIN no from matric no.

i tried it out, and yay! i succeeded! haha. den bian tai n xia tried, but they failed! is i smart or they stupid? haha. i told them that dun need to out the alphabet behind the no. and they still fail...so i helped them to borrow the books. haha. now there's 5 books in my card. haha.

after i finished borrowing the 5 books, they are still stuck with the PIN no thingie. haha. so i suggested putting th alphabet behind. and it succeed! hahaha. so m i dumb or they stupid? hahaha...by that time it was almost 9, and i had to be online at 9. haha. so i'm dead lah. haha. jj going to kill mi again. haha. then we went home...yea...

and that was the end of our adventure in tp lib. haha. yea. stayed tune for more. esp this sat. we r going to create havoc by buying blazers. hahaha...
