anyway, juz now i was saying tt i'm employed~ haha. banquet waitress at oriental. with bian tai.

how we got in was v toot lah. haha. xia's fwen inside le, so we thot we juz try try lah, n hun in. den got directed here n there, up n down, room to room, n person to person. until we mi lu le lah. haha.

n somehow we ended up in de f&b office n met de boss. or at least we presumed he is de boss. or at de v least someone big. haha. so he brought us to de banquet office n tt lady there tok tok den tell us to go on fri le. haha. siao bo?

tt place like some underground tunnel lor. haha. so confusing de. haha. den de pple like all printed from de same stamp. all dress alike. haha. in de formal wear. haha...so da lao bans. haha...i can see my future...haha...yea right.

walked ard suntec..bian tai saw a cafe called cedele. n she thot is ced open de. haha...went to de international wine fair, which bian tai was so engrossed in. hahaha..

lunched n den met anna go some toot interview at some toot place in aljunied. haha. den in de mrt, someone de walkie talkie crackled. haha. n bian tai, being her, got some remarks to make lah. "wah, mrt de reception v gd.." hahahaha...den we were engulfed in laughters. hahaha...

n attapatu called lah. wad a waste of my $$$. haha. gif him chance to go out with her oso dunno how to cherish. haha...but still so funnie lah...but nvm, wo men yong yuan zhi chi ni~ we will help u create more opps. haha...

so we went for de toot interview lah. wait a whole toot hour lor. waste my time. haha..quite a big turnout for a ulu place. haha. see de power of de media? hahaha...

tt toot man intro himself as ben. haha. is his surname tan? ben tan..hahahaha...anyway, i tink his surname shld be tan...suits his character n personality lah.

he started by asking us to crap out some ang mo name for mi n bian tai. wad rubbish lah. wad easier to rmb lor. siao eh. insult to our names lah. i so loved my name de lor. haha. v hard to find another suay on de streets lah..unique...

this juz shows how sincere (or lack thereof) they r in employing us lah. how many mins of ur life do u need to rmb my name neh? i dun see y it is so hard lah. n i oso dun see y we can't survive w/o a ang mo name. n i dun see y we haf to 'tink quick' n pop out a name out of de blue lah.

wad's de use of names leh? to differentiate one person from another lah. den if it for easy-to-rmb..den might as well everybody be called mary or jane lor. easy to rmb mah.

n lets say IF i got chosen..tt's a v big IF as chances r v slim lah..n something unfortunate (triple choy) happened during work. r u going to call my house n "can i speak to joanna's father?"

yea. if tt is going to happen, den i can assure that u will nv be able to get my dad. instead u will find yourself toking to de dialling tone.

convenient ah? practical ah? yea man.

n den de jokes he said r not funnie lor. i dun see wad is wrong to ask wad does de warehousing thingie do lah. pple see den auto tink is sit there n count stock lah. de job requirements r not stated clearly..n who will tink tt customer service is actually roadshows? yea. so who's fault?

bian tai had said tt de phrase "not funnie" is v rude. haha. i learnt a ruder one. "wad toking u?" yea. i learnt tt from tt si ah ben. this is like 10x more rude than "not funnie" lah. or mebbie i'm used to "not funnie".

but den wad toking u is v rude lah. dun u tink so? if u say "huh" i still can accept, but tt wad toking u...v CAB lah.

n so, tt's goodbye to our encounter with tt ben. i doubt he will call, though i hope he will. for de $$. haha. but de chances of us getting de job is very supa slim lah. got so many pple interviewed. den they like older n more mature de. n tt ben tootly tell us to do something abt our dressing.

plz lah. we r only 17. how old do u wan us to dress like? n i dun see wad's wrong with our dressing lor. black top n denim skirt. polo tee n jeans. very wrong meh?

he said to see wad pple in those roadshows wear. which is polo tee n jeans lor. so wad's wrong with our dressing neh? nan dao wan us to wear formal? haha...or wear bikini?

wait long long. till de day elephants fly. till de day de sun rises fromd ewest. till de 32nd of each mth. in de meantime, we'll juz stick with our normal attire ah..

n after tt toot interview, mi n bian tai went bugis hun lor. did wad we r most pro at...*drumroll* try qian bian shoes. haha...n den we conclude tt...ah-ma-li-kan-ya de shoes v nice seh. but a bit nt so cheap lah. haha...but is value for money lor.

walked ard n saw bags n wadeva sai lah...den we keep asking "if tt si ah ben qing wo, i'll buy this.." usually referring to some supa toot/auntie/qian bian sai. haha..

we saw suisui wallets. if ah ben qing wo, i'll buy 1. hahaha...

haha. wad a havoc day. but is a big surprise tt joanna n jenny were not chased out of de mrt, oriental, suntec, de ulu place, bugis n OG. haha...if u r wondering, joanna n jenny are not me n bian tai. they r juz names created on de spot by anna. haha...

& THIS IS MY LIFE...
